Colmac Coil Manufacturing will be exhibiting in Orlando, Florida at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Booth #2 from March 24th-27th. Colmac Coil will be showcasing its new HygenAir™ Hygienic Air Handler and CO2 Adiabatic Cooler V-Bank Configuration.

Colmac Coil is proud to announce a completed project for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). Colmac Coil built a specialized replacement fluid cooler for the cooling system of the 70-meter (230 feet) diameter dish, officially known as Deep Space Station 14 (nicknamed Mars antenna) that’s part of the Deep Space Network, located at its Goldstone site near Barstow, California. When installed, the Colmac Coil Fluid Cooler will help cool a part of the largest and most sensitive scientific telecommunications system in the world.

Roger McMillan, father of Colmac Coil Manufacturing’s current CEO and Owner, Scott McMillan, has passed away on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2023 at the age of 81. From 1974 to 2002, Roger led Colmac Industries and Colmac Coil as CEO and Owner. During this time, Colmac Coil Manufacturing grew from a small manufacturer of steam coils to a much larger company with a portfolio of manufactured products including heating and cooling coils, heat pipe coils, dry coolers & condensers, and industrial air coolers.

The winners of the Controlled Environment Building Association (CEBA) Built by the Best 2023 awards were announced in November 2023. Colmac Coil extends heartfelt congratulations to each recipient of this prestigious award, as well as to all companies involved in these projects. It is an honor for Colmac Coil to have contributed to the winning projects in both the under $35 million and over $35 million categories by providing several freezer air coolers (evaporators) for each cold storage room.

Colmac Coil Manufacturing, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of the HygenAir™ A+H Hygienic Air Handler, designed to improve the hygiene of processing room environments where sanitation is critical. Colmac Coil’s Hygienic Air Handlers are custom engineered to help food processors maintain high quality, increase worker safety, and meet the strict requirements of the USDA.

Colmac Coil has expanded the loading capabilities at the Colmac Coil Midwest Production factory in Paxton, Illinois for large equipment up to 50,000 pounds.
